1. All tickets purchased for the AngelWing Project, Inc. (AWP)events in person, or online are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for any reason other than for the exceptions listed below.
The following exceptions to this policy applies:
a) Performance Cancellation - If a performance is cancelled for any reason, AWP will refund the face value of tickets purchased.
i. Online ticket purchases will be refunded to credit card accounts with (10) days of the cancellation notice.
ii. In person or phone ticket purchases will be mailed a refund by USPS. Patron must contact AWP by email at info@theawproject.org to request a “refund form” that must be completed in order to issue a refund.
b) Date/Time Change - AWP reserves the right to change the date and/or time of any performance no later than 4 weeks before the originally scheduled date of the performance. If a change occurs, patrons will be notified immediately and alternate accommodations or reimbursements will be arranged, as necessary.
i. AWP will automatically honor tickets of rescheduled event on the newly scheduled date.
iii. If patron is unable to make the newly scheduled event, Patron must contact AWP by email at info@theawproject.org to request a “refund form” that must be completed in order to issue a refund.
2. Tickets are only transferable to another party for the exact ticket category value, (i.e.,senior military or student). Tickets are not transferable to a category of greater or lesser value.
3. AWP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets.
